The Deal
Shortly after retiring a burdensome debt load, the Company faced considerable growth opportunities, yet lacked capital required to realize the opportunities in the near term. To take advantage of the immediate opportunities and strengthen its market position prior to pursuing a long-term strategic partner, Continuum Advisors led the Company through a swift restructuring process that culminated in securing an experienced operating partner with growth ambitions, Tuatara Equities. The PE provided short-term growth capital to the Company within 45 days of their initial meeting and advised the Company’s shareholders on capital structure and strategic growth alternatives.
